Financial structure plays a determining role in organizational performance, influencing a company's ability to finance its activities, invest, and ensure its sustainability. This article examines the relationship between companies' financing choices and their performance, highlighting the mechanisms by which debt, equity, and internal resources affect profitability and operational efficiency. The main objective of our study is to analyze how financial composition influences organizational performance by identifying the key factors that highlight optimal management of financial resources.The methodology adopted in this study uses a mixed approach to data collection, combining direct solicitation through questionnaires with numerical analysis. More specifically, it includes the following: Qualitative Method: This method involves engaging with business managers to gather responses and observe their attitudes towards sensitive questions. This interactive approach provides nuanced insights and contextual understanding of the financial and organizational issues being analyzed. Quantitative Method: This aspect of the methodology focuses on processing and analyzing the collected data using tools such as Excel. The objective is to derive structured and objective conclusions from the data, ensuring that the findings are both reliable and actionable. The results reveal that companies with a balanced financial structure, combining controlled equity and debt, have better performance than those with excessive debt or excessive dependence on equity. Moderate debt appears as a strategic lever when well managed, while a poor allocation of financial resources can weaken the company. In conclusion, optimizing the financial structure is essential to ensure the competitiveness and resilience of organizations. Managers must adopt proactive and strategic management of their financial resources in order to maximize the profitability and viability of their company.

La structure financière joue un rôle déterminant dans la performance organisationnelle, influençant la capacité d'une entreprise à financer ses activités, à investir et à assurer sa pérennité. Cet article examine la relation entre les choix de financement des entreprises et leur performance, en mettant en évidence les mécanismes à travers lesquels l'endettement, les capitaux propres et les ressources internes impactent leur rentabilité et leur efficacité opérationnelle. L'objectif principal de notre étude d'analyser comment la composition financière influence la performance organisationnelle, en identifiant les facteurs clés qui font ressortir une gestion optimale des ressources financières. La méthodologie adoptée repose sur une approche mixte de collecte de données, combinant la sollicitation directe via des questionnaires et l'analyse numérique. Plus précisément, elle inclut : Une méthode qualitative, basée sur l'interaction avec des gestionnaires d'entreprises pour obtenir des réponses et observer leurs attitudes vis-à-vis des questions sensibles. Une méthode quantitative, qui implique le traitement et l'analyse des données collectées à l'aide d'outils comme Excel pour en tirer des conclusions structurées et objectives qualitatives. Les résultats révèlent que les entreprises avec une structure financière équilibrée, alliant capitaux propres et dettes maîtrisées, présentent une meilleure performance que celles ayant un endettement excessif ou une dépendance excessive aux fonds propres. L'endettement modéré apparaît comme un levier stratégique lorsqu'il est bien géré, tandis qu'une mauvaise allocation des ressources financières peut fragiliser l'entreprise. En conclusion, l'optimisation de la structure financière est essentielle pour assurer la compétitivité et la résilience des organisations. Les dirigeants doivent adopter une gestion proactive et stratégique de leurs ressources financières afin de maximiser la rentabilité et la viabilité de leur entreprise.
